Remembering – Awareness. Stillness.
A setting in which the focus shifts from doing to noticing.
Inner stillness becomes more apparent and can deepen.
Open to those who feel drawn to this, regardless of how familiar this orientation already is.
The group may be supported by those who have been living in this way for some time. At the same time, it remains open to those who are newly exploring it. In this way, a shared field can emerge where deepening and discovery meet.
Part of the time is in silence. When words arise, they come from direct experience. What is felt in the body, including emotions, also has space.
The understanding that informs this space is aligned with the simple, direct approach to experience as expressed, for example, by Rupert Spira and Atmananda Krishna Menon.
