About me

About me

Living from inner stillness.

Remembering and unfolding your deeper truth.

Who am I – and why am I here?

After a conventional career in the industrial and educational sectors, the inner call towards another kind of life grew ever stronger – until I finally chose to follow it with conviction.

It was during this transitional phase that Breathwork found me – or perhaps, more accurately, I was found by it. As if by “chance”, it opened the door to long-suppressed emotions and showed me a path through them. During my training, I experienced profound states of connectedness – moments of oneness that awakened ancient memories and led me irrevocably onto the spiritual path.

This path took me to Osho ashrams in India and Brazil, to tantric teachers and shamans in South America. Encounters that opened my heart – and turned my former life completely upside down. What once seemed distant – time spent with awakened teachers, healers, in ashrams and a Buddhist monastery – began to unfold with an almost seamless continuity. During a multi-year apprenticeship with a spiritual psychiatrist in Switzerland, I was able to refine my breath and energy work and weave it together with contemporary Western practices.

Today, I support individuals who, despite outward success, sense a deeper longing – for authenticity, inner peace, and true connection. Whether highly sensitive, spiritually curious, or simply open to a new dimension of being – I offer guidance where the external no longer suffices and the inner voice begins to speak. My passion lies in holding space for deep human development. Spaces where individuals can access their own inner medicine. For healing occurs when we recognise the divine within ourselves – and when ancient wisdom is allowed to live through us.

Everything I share today, I have experienced – and in many cases, had to live through myself. My work leads people out of the overtrained mind and back into the felt experience of the body. I draw, among other things, on the rich repertoire of meditations from the Indian mystic Osho, and hold a space where people can release mental constructs and surrender into feeling.

Over time, I have learned to use my gift of energetic sensitivity in such a way that I can gently guide individuals towards their embodied energetic symptoms. Albert Einstein is believed to have said: No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it. The pathway through the body enables profound transformation – often bypassing the intellect – and brings us into contact with the natural flow of life’s energy.

There is, for me, hardly anything more beautiful than meeting a human being whose eyes are luminous and whose mind is at peace.

Are you ready to discover this within yourself?
