This work offers body-oriented, present-centred support. It does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment and is not suitable for every person or every phase of life.
Supported Inner Work
A body-oriented, present-moment approach
Human pain and recurring internal patterns are often linked to experiences that, at an earlier point in life, could not be fully held or felt. What was once too much may remain active in the body and in one’s experience – as sensations, tensions or emotional responses that elude immediate understanding.
This form of support invites a gentle encounter with such inner movements – not with the intention to analyse or change, but with a willingness to perceive what is present. At one’s own pace, and within a clear and safe frame.
The focus lies on bodily awareness, on presence, and on what can be felt here and now. While this work may touch on emotional or physical processes, it is not a therapeutic setting in the conventional sense, and it does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
My own experience with silent, body-based practice has evolved over many years – through personal exploration, exchange with professionals from various disciplines, and intensive practice in spaces both in Switzerland and abroad. From this, a way of working has emerged that relies less on explanation and more on direct perception.
Not every inner experience needs a “why”. Sometimes it is enough to offer it space, without interpreting or categorising it. For some, this brings relief or clarity. For others, it may initially feel overwhelming. This work is therefore not suitable for everyone, nor at all times.
I do not consider myself a therapist, but rather a companioning presence within a clearly defined and protected frame. Participation requires a willingness to take responsibility for one’s own process, the ability to stay in contact with one’s inner experience, and to honour personal boundaries.
