Therapeutic Support

…finding peace through pain.

Behind every human pain and unconscious behaviour often lies a feeling that has never been fully felt. A sensation that was too overwhelming, too early, or too painful to allow at the time. And so it remains within – sometimes quiet, sometimes loud – seeking expression: through bodily sensations, recurring patterns, or emotional reactions we ourselves may not fully understand.

True transformation happens through conscious, honest feeling – without needing to name or categorise the experience. Simply allowing what is – and giving it space.

I guide people through inner shifts – embodied and grounded in the here and now.

This is also my own path. Over the years, I have deepened it – in direct contact with enlightened teachers, in collaboration with a Swiss psychiatrist, and during extended time on the Indian subcontinent. There, my own inner journey met ancient wisdom and a deep, quiet presence.

Sometimes what’s needed is not a “why” – and not endless analysis of the past. Often, a sincere “yes” is enough. And suddenly, something opens: calm, peace, inner spaciousness. This form of support I call Transcendence – a conscious movement through pain. It’s a path that isn’t always comfortable, and yet often surprisingly gentle – especially when held by someone who has walked it themselves.

The aim of therapeutic support, as I understand it, is not merely the easing of pain or the resolution of inner conflict. Rather, it is the reawakening of a joy – a quiet bliss – that has always lived deep within. Not as an idea, but as a direct, silent experience.

I am here – as your companion, in a protected space, with clarity, presence, and as a steady anchor.
For all that longs to be seen, felt – and perhaps, for the very first time, truly welcomed.
